Such a great experience! Super responsive and seamless allowed me to get in the water on a good board without any wasted time. Good selection of high performance boards and the pickup/drop off is very convenient. Overall a great experience at a great price!

We were in town visiting family and rented bikes from here. They had great service. We just told them where we would be and they dropped the bikes there when we were done we just tied them up and they came and got them. It was an excellent experience. I was provided a personal number to text if we had any issues. We didn't need it. Amazing customer service.

Was really nice to rent a bike in long beach. It was easy to organise from overseas.Simple to have the bike dropped off at the hotel and leave it to be picked up. Have recommended to my colleagues.

Bikes were in great condition. Easy to pick! Bikes were locked up for us to grab where and when we asked... and super easy to drop off!... just lock up and text the location at the end of the day after riding around town and on the boardwalk. Will definitely rent again!!

Highly recommend! Jacob made it so easy, dropped the bike off right outside my apartment and that’s where I left it when I was done, so convenient. The bike was brand new, very smooth ride. Great service. Honestly love the fact that they will bring the bikes to you and you can just leave the bike anywhere in long beach. I just wish they had a basket.

I decided last minute I wanted to take a bike ride on the boardwalk. I was googling bike rentals and came across Long Beach board rentals. Couldn’t have been easier. Within an hour of booking, a bike was delivered to the location I asked for. When I was done, I locked it up and sent a photo of its location. I used it for a short period of time but the price is well worth it. I would use them again and recommend them without reservation!

Second time renting and they are awesome. Zero friction. They drop off and send you picture of bike locked up with the combo. When you are done you do the same. Easy peasy.

They bring the bikes to you which is Super convenient and then you can lock the bike up in a safe spot and they will come get it.. the easiest bike rental experience I’ve ever had! The owner is super nice too!

This is a great service! I rented a bike for my 8 year old nephew, visiting from out of town. From booking, to coordinating bike drop off and pick up, the whole process was extremely easy and seamless. The bike was in great condition and my nephew loved riding on the boardwalk with his cousins.

Met us at the LIRR train station with 2 very high quality chairs, and was thrilled to find out when we were done, all we had to do was lock them up on the boardwalk with the combo lock Jacob provided. No need to wait for pickup.

We had a great full day at the beach and we will definitely use this company again when visiting Long Beach.

These guys are awesome 💯 my guy delivered the bike, took a picture of where he left it with combo code. I ended up seeing him before he left for confirmation and he was very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable beach cruiser that got me up and down the boardwalk for an excellent day 🤙

What a great experience we had renting bicycles on the boardwalk! The bikes were in great condition and were left exactly where we were told, the price was right, and we were able to return them several hours later! We will definitely be renting again!

Great experience. I wanted to rent a bike. When I asked Hotel Allegria Staff where I could rent one, I was informed that the bike rental place would not open until Thursday (this was Tuesday). I went online, saw another store but it was almost 2 miles away. Saw Long Beach Board Rentals will deliver a bike to you and pick it up. Jacob delivered a bike as requested, showed me where I could leave it for him to pick up when done. The bike was in great working order. I will rent from Long Beach Board Rentals again and highly recommend it. Being from NYC, I was nervous leaving the bike outside overnight. The Hotel let me take it up to my room.
